East Texas conditions

East Texas sits on expansive clay. Soil that swells and shrinks with our wet winters and dry summers puts constant stress on buried supply lines and slab penetrations, which is why pinhole and under-slab leaks are so common around Longview, Kilgore, and Tyler.

Leak Detection questions

Do you have to break the slab to find a leak?
No. Detection is non-destructive. We locate the leak first with electronic and acoustic equipment, then open only the area needed for the repair.
How do I know if the leak is on my side of the meter?
Shut off every fixture and watch the meter. If it still moves, water is escaping somewhere on your side of the meter, and that is what we trace.
